If you have the receipt then you're definitely able to return your items. I also believe that if you bought your items using your Nike Plus account then those items will be in the system and a receipt is not needed. I was able to return some shoes that was purchased with the SNKRS app using PayPal as the paying method. They offered me either a cash return or a gift card. Not all Nike stores can make returns if PayPal was the method of payment. You should call first.
