Haven't seen a C-f-A with the buffet-style sauces in a while. They must know that people hoard them!
Behind the counter
Catchup, mustard, and mayonnaise are available in the front counter. Chick-fil-A signature sauces are available behind the counter apon request. Depends how generous that branch of Chick-fil-A is about the condiment. More than likely they will be behind the counter apon request. My tip is request one of each sauce/dressing or extras with your order.
They are behind the counter. If you want Ketchup or Mustard then those are available for customers to take freely.
