Maybe that many of you reviewers have never had a problem with pizza hut. That's great! But it doesn't negate the problems others have had. I suggest that if you have had a problem either speak to the managment and see if the problem will be resolved, or stop visiting and discourage anyone else by sharing your experience. Google reviews are one of the best ways to challenge a business to improve its service. Many business owners and managers receive and respond to customer complaints through Google reviews.
