You need to bring your ID, Mom or Dad and their ID, Birth certificate, and notarized consent form, we have the forms here, we can notarize it for you or you can take it anywhere you like, we charge $10 cash only for the notary, the piercing is $50 and you can use cash or credit for that, and the piercer is here M-F 3-9pm and saturday 12-7pm thank you
Minimum cost for any is $60, depends on complexity and location. No idea about age limit however.
