Can you just go top less or are you required to be fully nude

If its at the pools or hot tubs its fully nude

To begin with we are a non-clothing family nudist resort and it is required to be nude, not just at the pools. You are not allowed to just go topless. Ms. Little is incorrect on response. Please do not respond to questions if you are not sure of the correct answer. Thank You WTR Management
