It IS the stores fault. Ladies look through the bra's at Macy's and it NEVER looks like that. I agree that the bra department is a TRAIN WRECK. You need to have a lot of time to spare to shop that department. Don't know why they have size separators..... they're all mixed up. It's too frustrating for me. You're better off shopping online for bra's at kohl's. Put in your size and you are shown what they have. In the store? You have to sift through racks and racks just to find your size.
That is something that you need to ask the manager of the store.
This is a management issue. As a manager, when you see extra volume in a certain area, it is your responsibility to increase coverage there. This type of comment should be made to the website to be addressed by corporate on a management level. Those receipt surveys matter! For your immediate needs, the customer service dept should be able to supply someone to help you locate your items due to the disorganization. Kohls is as good as Macy's when it comes to this tyoe of service. Very good
When there is a sale all of us women scavenge through these yes and there is a help desk and all the people are friendly there just ask

There just is not a lot of floor help..and it frustrates everyone... But if you go to the customer service area... They send someone to help you.... The same for all areas of the store..you just have to have patience...
I find that if there are ladies looking through the bras. That can leave it disorganized as well. Not necessarily the stores fault.
