We actually do sell the chiles roasted or fresh. You can get a small portion of the roasted chiles any day of the week in the delicatessen, or - for the more adventurous - we have live roastings every Friday and Saturday, as well as Labor Day, now through the 7th. The bushels (roughly 25 lbs.) are $33 and include a free fire roasting in front of the store on your way to the car.
Sort of. They freshly roast hatch green chiles to put in some chili verde that they make, but they don't sell it separately. I bet if you called and made a special request they would set some aside for you.
