Yes, popcorn is vegan since the corn itself has no dairy in it. AMC theatres is most known to be conscious of this. The "butter" is actually NOT butter at all. Oily chemicals containing dyes (and more) have butter flavoring but no butter at all. Most vegans will prepare their own snacks.
