Miami chic. Dress to impress unofficially, dress nicely and neatly (ie wouldn't reccomend jeans for women or shorts for anyone) officially.
Nicely and neatly is the best way to put it. Definitely no shorts. You can get away with dark jeans and a nice blouse but its better not to.
