Has anyone had the foie Gras? It's probably not the kind I'm thinking of thought I'd ask. Is it made of duck or better, goose liver? 🙄

It's very good , I think it's duck but I can't be 100%. It's cooked perfect though and the flavor is top notch

As of 9/21/2018- they do have fois gras!!

I haven't tried it, so I can't say.

They didn't have it when I was there. Does t sound like something they would have.
