Why is the staff so rude, the drive thru especially, and this isn tthe first incident... for the last 4 years I've experienced a service problem, perhaps this is a prerequisite for employment there. I'm not a resident of Florida btw...

This is a fast food restaurant.. The employees are Young and Not trained correctly.. This is a minimum wage job..Ask for a Manager when you have a problem with the employees treatment..

They dont know how to answer a phone i had 2 separate orders i did not get receipt for 2nd order i order a Bistro Stack triple and they gave me a single and they loaded my large soda with nothing but ice no MR. Pibb

To be honest, they not there to do friends, just take you order and that it.

Take hour food and go pretty much

Most of the time they dont talk, they just take ur order and keep sielent... May be too much pressure
