I think it depends on how long ago you purchased the glasses. I don't remember exactly how long they told me, but I know they have some kind of policy to make sure they work for you. I would just call or go there as soon as possible and let them know what's going on. Everyone there was extremely helpful when I went there, so I would just get a hold of them and ask. I'm sure they will do everything they can to help you. 🙏
