How does the person at the front desk not know when swimming lanes are not available? My husband and I tried to swim on 7.28. After paying, we were told by that swim teams were using the lanes, but we could swim in the kiddie pool! No refunds? PLEASE

Usually, the furthest, single, wider lane is open to the public, if asking nicely. :-)
