Maybe, if you're comparing it to a small town cafe. Prices were about expected for a downtown restaurant.
I'd say they're average for the area restaurants and cheap for downtown.
Sounds more like an opinion than a question. if it's the same place that I think it is because it's been several years since I was there I enjoyed it very much and didn't mind the price but my company was flipping the bill on my expense account
