Two scenarios ; they read the order screen wrong or you got someone else's order. Solution; take the order and receipt inside or through the drive-thru and have it corrected. We as humans make mistakes. Be understanding.

They didn't know what you meant by "cheese only". If you say, "no chicken", they should understand that. I am a vegetarian. I order things, "no chicken" or "no beef", all the time and rarely have any trouble.
