I haven't had a problem with anyone in the doctor office but there is a lady in the dentist office, Amy, she is rude every time we go in and I have heard other people say the same while waiting in the waiting area and the people that answer the main switchboard phone need attitude adjustments. I was in customer service for 25 years and I know it can be frustrating but its your career and you have to learn to smile and help the next person with a smile weather you like it or not because it isn't their fault that your mad
I have only had that problem with one person and she is at the walk-in clinic down stairs. I don't know what her problem is but she does come off to be rude. She either hates her job or she has a negative personality. But everyone else is very nice. I think they should put her in a position where she doesn't deal with people. I think she's just not a people person.
Ask THEM, I have found them to be friendly. You must be talking about the walk-in area on the first floor.
Always been friendly when I have delt with them in office or on the phone..
I've never had that problem. I only go upstairs and have never had a problem.
