Where do I go for a incident report
Denise is right, you have 5 days before your lockout date to come in for a calibration. If its for a install you'll have to call the shop to see if we have any openings if your trying to get in early.
If it's for an install, I don't think so. If it's just a calibration on your current device, I was told you can come in up to 5 days early.
