I would consider it more of a12 yrs and up...
I would take only well behaved children. It's a nicer restaurant. It has a nice quiet atmosphere. Can be alittle higher on the price.
It certainly can be. It might be a little upscale price-wise for some young families, but otherwise shouldn't be a problem.
