if somebody called to order a combo to go and they tried to get there earlier to pick up their order when they realize that there's traffic or something if they ask you guys to warm the food up for them would you do it.

I would call them back and say Hey I am going to be running a little late in picking up my order could you hold off for about 30 min before you start preparing the order or if it started ask them to not plate it or package just keep it in warmer until you arrive.
