I dont think they fo answer their phone. Ive been calling to make an appointment like I was told to while in the bank to open a new account. And yet no one answers the phone. Everytime I go into the bank physically they tell me a banker will call an has not. I've called the 1-800 line and they were baffled by my experience. So as recommended by the customer service number I will try a 5th time going into the branch and hopefully not get turned away again. #take my money
First of all I don't know your situation however you can get more bees with honey than you can vinegar I have never known Chase to misplace over $1,000 maybe you better go into a branch rather than posting on public posting areas like this where they can't see it duh.
