I have been attending HAART Oakland for many years now. They saved my life and gave me the tools needed to implement in my life to improve it. I love my counselor and even after about a decade we still never run out of things to talk through! They care there and Methadone is treating a disease just like any other disease such as heart disease, diabetes, or high cholesterol. I know that people who follow what they are recommended will have a 99 percent chance of leading a successful productive life. Which in my mind beats spending 200 or more every day on other things because what you start out doing never stays satisfying! I'm very thankful to have a wonderful clinic they're aren't enough around America if you ask me.
