How do I cancel a reservation?

I'm not sure but I'm assuming a phone call.

Hi Nicole! Best way to cancel a reservation is by updating your reservation online (you likely received an email confirmation, which you can use to update or cancel) or y calling 510.827.1248. Please note that depending on if it is a holiday or a high volume day, last minute cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. You are welcome to update or cancel your reservation with more than 24 hour notice without any kind of fee, it just helps us serve you better to not be saving space that other Guests would be enjoying.
