Anyone can use the beach, But there is a fee for non-milton residence. Not sure the amount, very nice beach but fills up quickly on nice days!!!

Yes it is open to you I was there a month ago and it was only open to Maine and New Hampshire residents. There is a fee paid at the gate and if you want a season pass you can go to Milton town hall during business hours and get one. Pretty good deal if you go regularly

Its public , 3 $ for adults and 2$ for children I believe ? Well worth it , there is shade , picnic tables , BBQ grills. Shallow water and super clean sand . We went with my 2 yr old grand baby and it was perfect ..
