No you cannot bring in any bags
They are very strict with size but allow small crossbody purses. Check their policies in website for size. Was just there for Chiefs game and someone with us had to throw out their small backpack (which wasn't small enough)
For stadium it's a clear bag policy at almost, if not all, of the events.
