Depends on which establishment you go into. Several places are dinner spot so all access. Specific Bars will require ID. There were kids around but honestly, if under 16, I don't think they would enjoy it.
Yes, saw several under 21 people, but no alcohol I'd assume. They're right on boardwalk. Family friendly.
There was a lot of iding at different places. If u go check out Samantha Stroh when she is playing. Awesome!
