The Walmart on Pleasant Grove IS a 24-hr store, BUT they close the electronics department and almost alway have only one person working it overnight. He/she has to put up all stock, clean/straighten, and assist customers by walking the department for the customer. (The electronics has physical barriers setup to stop customer entry.) All this in addition to answering the phone. Phone should not be neglected, but unfortunately sometimes just cannot be answered. Not making excuses. Just telling the cold truth. And, an additional note, I dont know of any other 24-hr Wakmart anywhere close. UPDATE: I had an issue that came to an head a couple of weeks ago, so I push the issue and got ahold of the actual assistant manager for this location, assistant manager Alex. I asked him about the phone's not being answered overnight. According to him, this is store has a policy of not answering the phone starting at 10 at night. Yes, the stores 24 hours, but no they do not answer the phone overnight
Calling Wal-Mart is your mistake... lmao! Just go to the store, I'm thinking most people working late don't speak English, so they avoid answering.

They are open and should respond to calls. There may be some service issue with the store. You should raise it to walmart.
They are open 24 hrs, but on a holiday weekend, they might be busy. Regular days, after 11:00 pm, they are on reduced staff. Customer Service should revert to floor managers when lines continue to ring.
