I have not seen children there, but I am certain they would be welcome. I hope to go there tomorrow for my birthday!
In my opinion, It's not a place I'd take children to. However, most kids love spaghetti and I'm sure Nellos would accommodate any special requests.

I don't remember seeing one and it is not on their on-line menu, but you should give them a call. I did see families with small children there so I am sure that they can work something out.
