Is there a day when clothes especially kids clothes are on discount?

They do a 50% off sale every week rotating through different color tags. They change the color on Sunday. I've occasionally seen special manager discounts like all clothes .99 cents each but this seems random.

Have you ever wondered about the blue, red, green or yellow color tags or the letters B, R, G or Y on Goodwill merchandise? Those color codes help our employees manage Goodwill’s inventory. The tags are added when a donated item is processed so our employees know how long the item has been available. After three weeks, items with that color tag are on sale for 50% off the fourth week – with most clothing 99 cents on Monday!
