I have been once recently and I would say yes. The eating area is in the same location as the bar. I'm retired and didn't look for children's items but I think they have them. The adult meals are really good and huge amounts of food. I'm anxious to go back and have their BBQ.
Yes, there's no problem with bringing children in, it's not a bar atmosphere.

It is a restaurant/tavern so I believe that you'd be able to take children as long as they aren't at the bar. They also have outside seating available.
