The location is very handicap accessible. There are some uneven areas but the people there are great. It's such a cool place to check out, all the little huts and barns. They are very informative as well. They will tell you as much as you want to know about the animals. As far as, how they got there, what they eat, etc. So enjoy!
Shouldn't be a problem, though some areas are a bit rough, and could be difficult to navigate if the weather had been wet recently.

There are benches and very friendly cats to keep you company when you sit. Otherwise it is pretty accessible. I don't remember any stairs but it would vary depending on weather I guess.
It's pretty flat for the most part. I believe there are a few benches scattered around. Lots of animals, but the place isn't huge like a zoo or anything. She should be ok. It's a great place.
