I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 but the screen is blinking sometime when I working on PDF Documents is there someone to know how fix it. I already did factory reset I took it to Samsung care but they don't know how fix it

They don't know how to fix it. Where did you buy the phone from?? Take a back. Have them to replace it if it's something wrong with the period Happy fixing Take it back to Walmart and see what they can do. If not take it to a place that fix cell phones you have to Google that. happy fixing.
