The ladies that serve the food were not nice and treat customers like trash
A few days ago I went to buy food and the person was very disgusting, the treatment was not friendly. If you do not like it and you are abhorred by your job, do not work and do not disrespect the client.
Treat people with kindness and expect the same in return.... Reflect back on your behavior and ask yourself did your behavior merit this attention? And what could you have done differently?
I told my husband tonight that this is the last time that I will ever go there to pick food up. Very rude and disrespectful women that work in the deli/cooked food area. I have never had a pleasant experience there. Tonight was the last time. If you hate your job, which is very obvious, quit and work somewhere else. Don't take it out on the customers, we are the ones shopping there, therefore you get a paycheck because of your customers. Seriously in need of customer service training. Mujeres groceras que le faltan el respeto a los clientes. Deben de pensar sin clientes no tienen trabajo.
I visit weekly. My Puerto Rican friend introduced me to Key Foods. I have so missed and could not find the things that I needed to prepare the foods I ate in Honduras (Roatan) as well as Guatemala. I love this store. People are friendly when you great them with a smile and a friendly voice.
Working in the Public you are supposed to have a smile and a great attitude. Just thinking she was a waitress she wouldn't got a tip. Maybe this is what the counter in this store needs to get Great attitude and gain smiles 😃. This lady or people are wrong, they need to be fired,, she's only going to send people to other stores that mean they lose business. Keys food is a little odd that they want to use your palm of your hand to pay the bill. I seen this on their commercial, I could only think this is kind of weird. If you get treated badly at this store there's always another that would love your business.
