What is Marriott going to do about the palm trees dying? And the one that has been torched at the front. The entrance to the hotel is very unappealing. The big pots in the back are nice but. The scale of the plants don’t make sense.

I've been in a few times for events or chats. I enjoyed it a lot. I'm sure there will be several changes here and there as well to the landscape as the location settles. But the hotel is quite nice.

The Riverwalk complex has been fraught with delays and broken promises. It appears the Marriott is readjusting expenditures accordingly. Instead of a Ritz Carlton resort, we're stuck with an in-and-out traveling salesman lodge. Sad.

I understand but they are not accomplishing it. Have you looked at the arrival. . It is horrible as far as the landscape and the concrete Needs major improving. Who ever is designing it does not know what they are doing.

Thank you for your concerns regarding the palm trees. With a tough winter and new trees under warranty the hotel team was waiting until Spring to see if they were in fact dead or if they would pull through. They all are alive and will be trimmed in the upcoming weeks and you will already see the new green leaves sprouting!

This property seems fairly new and they are trying for a high end feel.
