They accept returns. I've returned without my receipts and never had a problem. You will get a card you can use for purchasing anything in the store. If the item had a lower selling price previously, like Black Friday, that will be the price you get. If you want an even exchange for the same item they'll do that.

Contact company support and give model#, serial#, and deal with them, maybe easier and faster than Walmart.

I believe Wal-Mart and some other stores do, since they have a computer system in files market by the upc numbers and date what customers bought. Sometime a buyer name is add as well. It's depend on what value item he or she bought. The best way to find out is to called Wal-Mart to see if they can help without a sale slip.
