They're pretty good about returns, they'll just give you store credit without the receipt.
If you still habe the receipt yes, if it's a manufacturers defect contact the company.
Not sure.
If Walmart can't help, contact the manufacturer for warranty.
Probably, although your chances will be much higher if the purchaser still has the receipt.
