Minors who are looking to get pierced will need a valid photo ID, their parent or guardian with them with their own valid ID, as well as a birth certificate to prove the relationship. Only certain piercings are allowed to minors, all other services such as tattooing are explicitly for 18+ adults in the state of Massachusetts.
