The front desk isn't as friendly or won't speak to black males. When they know that you're a guest there. I find this to be discriminatory.

Didn't notice any problems stayed a week loved every minute with the staff very professional and polite best hotel experienced yet thanks comfort

I am surprised to hear this. I stay here at least once a month, and have been doing so for the last 6 years. They have several black males on staff, and a large portion of their guests are black. I have never witnessed them treating anyone with anything except courtesy. Perhaps, as happens to all of us, that person was merely having a bad day.

this world has gone crazy... it doesnt matter that anyone is white, black, fat, skinny, short, or tall... suck it up buttercup and try for their attention again.. its nothing to bring 'racism' into from that shallow of a stand point

They spoke to the black males that were there at the time i stayed...however be sure to report it.
