Yes. And they make it very comfortable for people in a wheelchair as well. My wife has a prosthetic leg and they made sure she was very comfortable and had a great time.

I would say yes. There is a ramp that goes to the boat from the dock. There is a small ramp that steps down and is not flush with the boat deck level, getting off the boat to the little island might be challenging....however it's also the smallest island I've ever seen. Either way, I'm unsure how easy it will be to push the wheelchair around in the sand. It's worth the try and a fun time.
