Is it legal to sleep in your car while driving through Colorado if you come to that point of not wanting to risk driving sleepy and dont want to or cant get to a hoteln

Yea absolutely you can park at the rest areas and sleep on your vehicle

I believe u can. Unless the signs say different. Just don't block the traffic coming in.

Many times I see people sleeping in their cars at rest areas. Shouldnt be a problem

When I rolled through, there were homeless natives with dogs sleeping inside the place with no regard to what all the signs said this is prohibited.... I'm pretty sure your good to take a much needed nap!!!!

I'm pretty sure it legal... If you park at rest areas that allows 12 hours parking or over night parking.. we're long haul truck driver and we had no problem parking at rest areas
