Yes, Vol cty parks n rec..If they don't have it hard wired, bring a deep cycle battery or two. A generator would probably be too noisy.

I'm not for sure if the pavilions have electric, to reserve a pavilion you call the Gemini Springs park phone number and ask to reserve a pavilion. It might cost to reserve the pavilion not sure never reserved one.
