Prime rib & rolls look so tasty on TV. Not the same as when it was Sam Seltzer's. Prime rib was dry & tasteless. Very hard to cut. Sent it back & it was still tough. Would never go back even if it was FREE!!!!

Quality of prime rib wasn't the way it used to be. Ordered my meat rare, and it was very dry.
