Why is it that management only answers the good reviews? I shop at Petsense and have run into the same problem with employees.. I don't know 😕 you would really serve the community better by addressing the somewhat common problem issues.

I definitely do not like Pet Sense. U will travel to Gainesville to get what i need/want from Petco..Pet Supermarket or Petsmart

I've gotten to where I don't shop there anymore. I'll go out of town to Petco or Petsmart. Better prices, better selection and the staff is a lot more knowledgeable about what they sell

I think everyone likes a compliment rather than a criticism. Most tend to only give bad feedback rather than congratulation when things are good. Management knows who was working the day of the review and the good results are reinforced by good feedback.

Mr. Zimmermann I do agree with you. No one likes being called out. But, a reply to let people know they at least acknowledge your complaint and will address it brings more bees to the honey so to speak. If all good comments are answered or a thumbs up is only for the few, it won't win many people willing to go. My opinion only.
