If you live on the 1st or 2nd floor-- can you hear a lot of noise from upstairs neighbors? Also, are there a lot of kids running around in the breezeways?

I live on the first floor and we can always hear our neighbors above. It’s loudest in the bathrooms and the second bedroom which is a bit inconvenient because we have a neighbor who vacuums really late at night (like 2-3am). As far as kids - it depends on which building you get. There’s maybe 9 kids spread across all three floors in our building and anytime they scream or play on their scooters, it can get quite loud.

I can hear my downstairs neighbors when they are loud. Not a lot of children in the breezeways. Very nice community
