I’m moving to the Tampa area soon. I have a clinic here in NEVADA I’ve been at for 4 years. Can I transfer, how much is the cost, and what needs to be done?

Please have your counselor at your home clinic call the Tampa clinic directly at 813-236-1182 to make the transfer arrangements. There is no cost for the actual transfer. The medication is $16.00 per day for methadone.

U just need to bring your paperwork with you from your clinic, even though the clinic here can contact your clinic where ur going now it's always best to have everything with you that way u have a hard copy, also idk when ur planning on coming to Tampa but i would have ur counselor up there contact the clinic here so they will know to be expecting a transfer..its $16.00 to dose
