Instead of throwing shade to purple that don't even know who you're talking about, take it up with management. If you're unhappy with their response find the owner. Either of these options are infinitely more effective than whiny complaints to the public at large. Grow a pair and deal with it like an adult.
I think you should voice your concern with management and always write a review if that doesn't work then write to the head of the company. No one likes a bad review
