Do these guys ever answer the phone?

This is literally my 4th day calling and no response or call back . Google says they’re open and my maps says they’re closed .. at this point I’m just going to call my insurance and switch as I feel I’m getting NOWHERE

Did you ever get them on the phone?

I got them on the phone was on hold for about 10 mins hearing "your call is important pls hold" then rang and they answered. It's a call center. She was very nice and helpful
