Seville St. Augustine is for full shade but it is hard to find due to our hot temperatures. It's better to find it in the fall or florida winters. My guesstimate for 500 sqft plus delivery would be around $300
Classic St Augustine is what you want as far as the livery I'm not sure I would say probably around $100 just from my experience but you would have to check with them
