Can someone assist,I changed fuel and now it won't start, it takes about 15 to 20 min to restartpump,fuel filter,and put new battery on and still it won't start on occasion and dies out eventually when idling

Nope no gas smell,94 gmc jimmy 3.8 liter throttle body,I put in new fuel pump,fuel filter and a brand new battery now it just keeps turning and at times starts but dies just as fast so now we're gonna try new coil wire or coil pack

Do you smell gas when your turning it over? What's the year make and model?
