Hi Kim, Cat neutering is $150 and includes pain medication and an e-collar. Cats 4 years and older will require pre-operative blood work. Any additional charges for obesity, retained testicles, hernia repair, etc. will be determined by our veterinarian during surgery. All cats must be fully vaccinated prior to surgery. Im not sure about the cards, but my puppy, with all mushrooms and micro chip was 50.00. Compare that to a vet. You'll be going to golden state. Call them. I love them.
