Check animal control/shelters if someone found him & turned him in. Sorry to hear, but depending on what kind of dog hopefully someone will turn them in.
Oh no! I'm so sorry! I don't think that Golden State can help much with this. I recommend putting up flyers where he was last seen and putting an ad on Craigslist.
